Good morning from the Susky Flats…May 22, 2016

I was thinking that I wanted to get back out on the fish before they moved… When John Rogers called last night and asked me to fish, I could not say no.

We launched at 6:30 am and fished until 10… caught about a dozen each. The best fish this morning was 28″ and we had several mid-twenties stripers and a few smaller ones.

Not as fast as previous days but still steady action. Lots of boats out there trolling, put the fish on alert and killed the bite around 9:30…Still a good day on the water!
